Ingredients
- 1 slice duBreton Bacon
- 2 oz. Bourbon
- 1 oz. sugar syrup
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 egg white
- Angostura Bitters
Preparations
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place bacon on parchment paper covered rack over small baking sheet. Bake until crispy, about 15 minutes. Crumble the bacon into small pieces; set aside.
- Fill a drink shaker with ice; add bourbon, sugar syrup, lime juice and egg white. Add a splash of Angostura bitters; top with lid and shake well.
- Pour into stemmed coupe glass and let stand for about 30 seconds for froth to separate to top. Sprinkle bacon crumble over top and serve.
