Ingredients
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) finely ground coffee (for espresso)
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) chili powder
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) paprika
- ½ tsp. (2 mL) garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. (1 mL) ground cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp. (1 mL) salt
- 4 boneless duBreton chops
Preparations
- Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
- Combine spices and salt.
- Rub chops with spice mixture on both sides.
- Cook on hot grill for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
- Enjoy as is or in tacos.
