Ingredients
- 6 whole-wheat tortillas
- 180 ml (3/4 cup) of pizza sauce
- 6 slices of Havarti cheese
- 12 slices of duBreton Sliced Cooked Ham
Homemade coleslaw:
- 625 mL (2-1/2 cups) of green cabbage, grated
- 60 mL (1/4 cup) of carrot, grated
- 60 mL (1/4 cup) of mayonnaise
- 15 mL (1 tbsp.) of cider vinegar
- Celery salt, to taste
- Fresh ground pepper, to taste
Preparations
- In a large bowl, mix all the coleslaw ingredients.
- Lay the tortillas out on the counter.
- Garnish each tortilla with 15 – 30 mL (1 – 2 tbsp.) of pizza sauce, a slice of Havarti, two slices of ham and a scoop of coleslaw.
- Roll up the tortillas, slice in half and serve.
