Shell pasta salad with black forest ham

Ingredients
- 375 mL (1-1/2 cups) of small shell or other pasta
- 1 - 125 g (4 oz.) package of duBreton Sliced Smoked Ham Black Forest, diced
- 500 mL (2 cups) of cucumber, cubed
- 500 mL (2 cups) of carrot, grated
- 60 mL (1/4 cup) of mayonnaise or plain yogourt
- 15 mL (1 tbsp.) of Dijon mustard
- 15 mL (1 tbsp.) of honey
- Salt and fresh ground pepper
Preparations
- Cook the shell pasta following the package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to chill.
- Transfer to a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
- Mix well and adjust the seasoning. Serve.
