Ingredients
- 1 duBreton port and cranberries pork tenderloin
- 2 packages of duBreton prosciutto
- 3 apples, sliced into quarters
- 1 onion, sliced into quarters
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 60 ml (1/4 de tasse) of maple syrup
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 3 bay leaves
Preparations

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Wrap the pork tenderloins with the slices of prosciutto. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.

In a skillet, over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Add the pork tenderloins and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, over medium heat, add a tablespoon of butter. Add the apple quarters and onion quarters. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the maple syrup and minced garlic. Mix well and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Return the pork tenderloins to the skillet. Add the sprigs of rosemary and bay leaves. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
