Ingredients
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) canola oil
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) chili powder
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) ground cumin
- Ground salt and pepper
- Approximately 1 package 450 g (1 lb) duBreton Ground Pork
- 4 Plain CuisiChef thin pizza crusts
- 1 jar CuisiChef Pizza Sauce
- 1/2 pepper, sliced
- A few red onion rings
- 375 ml (1 1/2 cups) grated cheddar or Tex-Mex cheese
- 1 diced avocado
- 80 à 125 ml (1/3 to 1/2 cup)) fresh chopped coriander
- Sour cream to taste
Preparations
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and completely cook ground pork, breaking apart with a wooden spoon. Add the chili powder, cumin and generously season.
- Spread sauce on crust, garnish with cooked ground pork, cheese and top with vegetables.
- Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve pizzas garnished with diced avocados, coriander and sour cream.
