Ingredients
Homemade guacamole:
- 1 avocado, peeled
- 30 mL (2 tbsp.) of lime or lemon juice
- 30 mL (2 tbsp.) of fresh chopped cilantro
- Salt and fresh ground pepper
- 12 large Boston lettuce leaves
- 2 packages of duBreton Organic Classic White Ham
- 60-80 mL (¼ - 1/3 c.) of salsa
- 250 mL (1 c.) of grated cheese
Preparations
- In a bowl, crush the avocado pulp with a fork.
- Add lime juice and cilantro and season to taste.
- Garnish the lettuce leaves with ham, guacamole, salsa and cheese.
- Fold up and serve.
