Mango proscuitto canapés with goat cheese and basil

Ingredients
- 1 CuisiChef Sundried Tomatoes & Basil Thin Pizza Crusts
- 120 g (4 oz) goat cheese
- 1/2 mango, peeled and cut into 24 cubes
- 1 65 g package duBreton Prosciutto Dry Cured Ham
- 24 small fresh basil leaves or 15 ml (1 tbsp.) fresh chopped basil
- Fresh ground pepper
Preparations
- Pre-heat oven to 375oF (190oC).
- Cut the pizza dough into 4 parts and then each part into 6 strips. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment or a silicone baking mat.
- Bake in oven for 7 to 10 minutes or until the rectangles of crust are golden and crispy. Cool on wire rack.
- Garnish the baked crusts by putting goat cheese on one half, and folded dried ham on the other, diced mango on both sides and add basil leaves and pepper.
- Arrange on a tray and serve.
