Ingredients
- 4 Panini Rolls
- 2 65 gram packages duBreton Sopressata Dry Sausage
- 2 fresh Mozzarella balls, sliced
- 12 fresh basil leaves
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) marinated eggplant, drained OR marinated artichoke hearts, drained
Preparations
- Cut rolls in half without going all the way to the back and open like a book.
- Fill rolls with dry sausage, mozzarella, basil and marinated eggplant.
- Close rolls and serve with soup or salad.
