Ingredients
- 1 65 g package duBreton Prosciutto Dry Cured Ham
- 1 Burrata or fresh Mozzarella
- 2 pears, quartered
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) halved walnuts
- 30 ml (2 tbsps.) fresh chopped basil
- 5 to 10 ml (1 to 2 tsps.) olive oil
- 10 to 15 ml (2 to 3 tsps) balsamic glaze
- Fleur de sel and fresh ground pepper
Preparations
- Using a serving board or platter, lay out slices of dry ham and burratta.
- Add pears, nuts and basil. Place in the center of the table.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Season burrata to taste using salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
